Hi! I'm Tiago, an experienced data analyst with a developer background and a passion for user experience.
My daily work life involves talking to multiple people, helping them answer their questions and creating solutions to improve their work lives.
As a data analyst, I'm able to understand our business requirements and main KPIs that drive our most important dashboards. As a developer, I can make sure that the data we're collecting is accurate and truthfully reflects the experiences we're measuring.
I'm constantly bridging the gap between business and technical specifications and creating detailed documentation that can be read and understood by all my stakeholders. I usually have productive meetings with them where we discuss all the details of their analysis requests whenever it's needed.
It's in those meetings that I enjoy myself the most. Talking about user experience and how the implementation can impact analysis gives me joy and I try to spread this feeling with my teammates in our organization.

Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, formulas and Google Apps Script. Wireframes, prototyping and automation.
I'm curious, resourceful and love learning new skills. I lead a team who shares the same practice and passion, and everyday we try to learn a little bit more than we did yesterday.
